Group Classes
There are two types of Group Classes that run weekly online...
And these options:
Ashtanga
This class is a one hour exploration of Ashtanga Yoga. We practice postures from Primary and Intermediate Series that are accessible to most students. On occasion, the class is taught workshop style, with tips and drills to make you stronger and more proficient in your practice.

Flexibility
The Flexibility class is for people who are looking to improve mobility. The postures in these sessions target tight muscles in the shoulders, hips, back and hamstrings. We move mindfully, with focus on deep breathing and correct alignment.
Suitable for beginners.
Sundays 4:30 pm
Wednesdays 5:30 pm
